Chef Gianni Caruso brings an authentic Italian approach to the Venezia kitchen with 30 years of hands-on experience in making fresh pasta, homemade sauces, skilled butchering, sauté, and grilling. His combined experiences in diverse Italian, English, and American kitchens allow him to boast an impressive list of accolades including the Award of Excellence by Wine Spectator and Featured Chef recognition by the Foxwoods Food and Wine Festival.
