How It’s Made
Our Chefs bring an authentic Italian approach to our kitchen with years of hands-on experience in making fresh pasta, homemade sauces, skilled butchering, sauté and grilling. We have combined experiences in diverse Italian, English, and American kitchens. We work with nearby farmers and purveyors to bring local flavor and artisan ingredients to our tables.
